How do I start a new project?

​​

  • Email pictures of furniture or windows and basic measurements to info@atlcustominteriors.com

  • ACI will provide an estimate for each project, with a 75% Deposit Amount listed at the bottom of the estimate

  • If the Client approves the estimate and wishes to move forward, we will need to receive the 75% Deposit and the fabric for the project, upon receipt of both requirements, we will add the project to the Production Schedule

What payment methods can I use to pay my deposit?
 

  • ACI accepts Cash, Checks, Credit Cards and Zelle Payments

  • If paying by Check, check should be made payable to Atlanta Custom Interiors and either dropped off at our office or put in the mail to: 4888 S Atlanta Road SE, Atlanta, GA 30339

  • If paying with Debit/Credit Card, there will be an additional 3.99% bank applied Processing Fee added to the deposit amount when we run the debit/credit card

  • If paying by Zelle - please direct your payment to Stacie Kennedy. Use the email address of stacie@atlcustominteriors.com for payment, using phone number 678-592-9566. Our name shows on Zelle as “Divine”. Our parent name is Divine Drapery Design

  • Once ACI receives the 75% Deposit, we will create an Invoice, apply the deposit amount and email a copy of the Invoice as a receipt to reflect the deposit paid to the Client

How long will my upholstery project take?

 

  • For all Upholstery Projects, we are currently 12 weeks out on Production. We do not have space to store furniture, so we will wait to pickup or have your furniture delivered just before we are ready to work on the furniture. This way our Clients are not without their furniture for 12 weeks

  • For most Upholstery Projects, please expect production to take 2-3 weeks. We will contact you when the work is complete to arrange delivery or a pickup time

 


How long will it take to make my draperies, bedding, pillows, etc.?
 

  • For All Drapery, Bedding, Pillows, etc.,we are currently 12 weeks out on Production and will schedule installation for each project as it nears completion. Before fabricating your project, we will schedule a measure appointment, order fabrics, hardware, etc.

  • As your project nears completion, we schedule installation

How long will it take if I order shutters, roller/solar shades, roman shades, blinds?

 

  • Custom Shutters orders will take 4 to 6 weeks for Production and Shipping

  • Custom Roller/Solar Shade orders will take 4 to 6 weeks for Production and Shipping

  • Custom Roman Shade orders will take 6 to 8 weeks for Production and Shipping

  • Custom Blind orders will take 4 to 6 weeks for Production and Shipping
